Wasle (Arabic: وصلة) is the daily grouping puzzle on nakze, a Lebanese games hub. You get a grid of 16 words and have to sort them into four hidden categories of four, and every category leans Lebanese: man'oushe toppings, mountain towns, ways to say "yalla move," Fairuz lyrics, mezze on the table. The rules

  2. 02If all four belong together the group locks in with its color; if not, you burn one of your four mistakes, and four wrong guesses ends the puzzle with every group revealed.

Tips & strategy

  • The deliberate trap is the overlap word: a tile that reads as both a town and a coastal city, or both slang and a Fairuz lyric, so solve the group you are surest of first and let that thin out the decoys.
  • When a guess comes back 'one away,' you had three of four right, so swap out a single word instead of rebuilding the whole group from scratch.
  • Guess your most confident category first to protect your mistake budget, because all four wrongs end the puzzle and reveal every group unsolved.
  • Read the category as Lebanese before English: a word that means nothing in English might be a brand, a caza, or a way to say 'chill out' in Beiruti slang.
  • Each hint reveals a known pair but costs 150 points, the same as a mistake, so spend one only when a clean solve is already out of reach rather than burning two more wrong guesses.
